Welcome to the Dobson Ranch Golf Association

Founded in 1975, the Dobson Ranch Golf Association has grown into a vibrant community of more than 350 active members. We are committed to providing a fair, competitive, and enjoyable golf experience for players of all skill levels. All DRGA events follow USGA rules and utilize a balanced handicap system to ensure equitable play within each flight.

Our Tournament Schedule

Members enjoy two official tournaments each month, with one event held on Saturday or Sunday to accommodate varying schedules. Our season also features four Major two‑day tournaments, each requiring a minimum number of qualifying events to participate.

At the end of the season, members who compete in at least thirteen (13) tournaments earn a spot in the prestigious Dobson Cup, a celebration of commitment and performance throughout the year.

Pace of Play

To maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all players, DRGA tournaments average 4 hours and 12 minutes. Pace of play is monitored using time clocks located on the 9th and 18th holes.
